beloved ones....
silence is with me.....
but i can share this......
i extend love.....
and meet (my own) inability to receive from another
i extend love....
and meet (my own) lack of gratitude from another
i extend love.....
and then experience contraction
bringing awareness to
the presence of belief
in un-love-ability...unworthiness....
silence tells me
there is nothing to do....
there is nothing to say....
there is no fear
in this place of silence
i hear .....
"simply be....
no thought....
simply be"
i am trusting...
all is perfect NOW
