as i close my eyes
i hear the ocean's roar
bringing with it
the power of the Eternal
the sun's warmth
is felt upon my skin
penetrating the outer layer
moving into the center of my being
the heat rising up from the earth
merges with the fresh scent
of a cool spring breeze
this gentle moment
speaks of Love's presence
and i experience
the most perfect Now
